The Store Team, is responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility, and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. In addition, store teams are responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, outside the box thinking, developing effective branding and marketing strategies, and maintaining a positive attitude that reflects a desire to excel and achieve the highest level of customer service.
