Self Storage Mg. Team - Austin Texas

Due to our recent growth we are actively seeking new management teams. This team will be responsible for learning and performing daily operations at one or more of our properties including sales, customer service, administration, general caretaking, and serving as a liaison between the local communities we serve, and the location.
The property managers will be responsible for handling the financial growth of the store, its curb appeal to the public, and the market awareness in the surrounding community. They will be active in the local Chambers of Commerce, attending various functions and trade shows. Regularly call on Spheres of Influence, such as Apartment Managers and Realtors. They will coordinate local events to be held in the neighborhood and at the facility, creating foot traffic and community goodwill.
