DUE TO TAX LAWS this job offer is for an all bills paid 900 sq ft apartment that is NOT REPORTED AS INCOME on a commercial gated secure property and a 10x30 storage/garage in exchange for office manager and storage related cleaning work.  Additional monies are not guarenteed but can be made thru light maintenance and repair work.  

We own more than this one storage facility and have welder fabricator, access control, security camera, and automaintion repair staff. 

1000 sq ft all bills paid Gas/Elect/Trash/Internet Apartment located on a self storage facility.  NOT ADA. WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE A WHEELCHAIR WITHOUT MODIFICATONS.  Newly remodeled.  Small self storage facility needs a manager couple.  The apartment is not reportable income if the manager is required to live there.  Perfect for a couple on a fixed income, requires modest computer skills, ability to perform some maintenance is good.  Must have sufficent physical ability to load trash from storage units into a can on a dolly and dump into dumpster. Property is small 1.5 ac site.

1/3 climate controlled space, 2/3 outdoor drive up storage.  Small facility of just under 30k sq ft.  

Very automated, has cameras everywhere, internet remote control of gates and doors.  Much can be done from a computer in the managers residence apartment or a cell phone.  We use a PBX telephone system so you can answer business calls from your cellphone from anywhere.

 Addtional income over and above the apartment can be from non-management work such as paint touch up on buildings, camera repair, roll up door repair, and so on.  Position is very busy from Apr 15 to May 20 and somewhat busy from Aug 15 to Aug 30  - otherwise known as peak season.  Most of the rest of the time the job is very light duty, perhaps 5 hours a week.
