Self-Storage is seeking a two-person team of motivated and enthusiastic professionals with a consistent work ethic to manage our updated 411 unit complex. One person will have or share the office duties during a normal 40/hr work week while the other person will be performing light maintenance, grounds keeping, unit change overs, and other duties during a 20/hr work week. This position will be filled immediately. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Within the last couple years we have strived to make our facility a crown jewel in the storage industry. We have gone through a massive expansion giving us the ability to have a variety of climate controlled, RV, and outdoor units. We have state of the art security, monitoring, and facilities. In addition, we have fully remodeled and expanded the managers’ apartment.
If you enjoy customer service, public relations, and are looking for a long-term position you may be a great fit. We are looking for applicants that possess the following:
· Bilingual is helpful but not required.
· Pride of Ownership-We like our managers to maintain their sites as if they own it.
· Problem Solvers-The ability to handle any situation and find a solution in a timely manner.
· Computer Skills-Tracking rentals, reports, email, inventory, product ordering, security software, rental software, and credit card processing.
· Communication-Effectively communicate with customers on the phone, email, in-person, and communicate issues and solutions with ownership.
· Organizational Skills-Attention to detail, record keeping, and property maintenance are the keys to a well ran facility.
