Self Storage Management Team - Temple Hills, MD

We are seeking a friendly, energetic and self-motivated team to join our organization! Position available in the DC/Metro-MD area. Ideal candidates will deliver a high level of customer service and have the ability to maintain property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiate and enforce leases, and maintain/secure the premises. Previous self-storage experience is necessary!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Execute new leases and all documents associated with them.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Perform collection calls and follow up with delinquent accounts.
• Light Cleaning
• U-Haul Rentals
• Work as a team with the Property Manager and the Area Manager as needed
• Local travel may be required, so reliable transportation is a must
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.

**Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening including criminal, driving, and drug testing.
