StorageWest self storage has an immediate opening at one of our San Diego district facilities. Visit our website for a complete list of possible San Diego locations. Applicants (team) must each submit a resume and salary history to be considered for this position.Facility managers are responsible for renting units and achieving sales goals, marketing the facility in the community, maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, office procedures relevant to the business, preparing and making deposits, and providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. Prior property management is a plus. Prior customer service and sales experience required. Prior maintenance experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and a good driving record. Both applicants must be proficient in basic computer skills (MS office and Outlook, for example). Applicants must be able to sit, stand, push a broom, lift, etc. Applicants MUST be available for an in person Interview in San Diego in the next two weeks. No out of area candidates please unless you are able to meet the interview schedule requirements.
