Self Storage Management Couple - Tucson, AZ

In search of a Professional Management Couple! This position is great for semi retired to retired couples. We are looking for a couple to manage our Self Storage Facility in Tucson, AZ. Couple MUST be able to reside on site and have a working and insured vehicle. One full time (40 hrs) and 1 part time (24 hrs)

Job description consists of: Computer Experience, Microsoft Word and Excel, Excellent Customer Service skills, Sales, Marketing, Collection Calls, Misc. Property Maintenance skills, drywall, door seals, latches, handles, etc.

Must have the abilities to:
Live On Site
Work closely with upper Management Team
Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering excellent and professional customer service.
Professionally assess the best rate and unit size for the customer's needs and close the deal
Face to face marketing with the local community
Make collection calls
Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
Physically maintain property and clean storage units multiple time daily.
Maintenance handy man skills are required for this position.
