Looking for strong Management Team (two Person) for a 367 unit Self Mini-Storage facility located in the N.E. part of San Antonio, TX.  It’s a small family owned organization, that is involved in the day to day operation of their properties.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following

Market Vacancies

General office duties to include rent collection, banking, annual inspections, move-in/move-out paperwork, notices, monthly newsletters

Must be familiar with WebStorage Software
