Self Storage Management Couple - Fayetteville, NC

Looking for energetic, professional, outgoing self-starters with the ability to multi-task, self-direct and manage the day-to-day operations of a 400+ unit self-storage facility.  Minimum 2 years experience.  Must have general working knowledge of a PC and be familiar with Word, Excel, and self-storage management software.  Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform collections.  Normal maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of facility is required.

Manager/Assistant Manager team must live on-site, be available to work weekends, have high school diplomas, be bondable, and be able to pass background and credit check.
