Self Storage Couple Wanted - Dallas, TX

Well established North Dallas area Self Storage property seeks a couple to work and live as on-site managers. We welcome self-motivated, highly organized couples who can assist in running a large premier property. Day to day responsiblities include the daily storage transactions, rentals, marketing and renting units, basic maintenance of the +500 unit property, record keeping, customer service management including excellent phone skills and security. A strong eye for detail, a good attitude and ability to build relationship with customers. We are looking for a couple with a high degree of honesty and integrity as you will be part of a team that protects people's belongings. 

Position requires that you live on site and have a valid driver's license, as well as references.

Requires skills/attributes:

Storage facilities management and retail sales preferred, Sitelink and Quicken knowledge a plus, customer service, retail open and close operation, general computer knowledge, budgeting, management, marketing, reservations, credit and collections, telemarketing, typing, data entry, some custodial work, honest, friendly, good people skills.
