Self Storage Caretakers - Northwest Harris County 35 miles from downtown Houston, TX

We are an RV and Boat Storage facillity with approximately 80 customers and minimal turnover.  The Caretakers need to be comfortable working independently, have basic computer skills (able to email and enter information onto forms), be capable of performing light to moderate physical activity (operate a riding mower, weed trimmer, and blower for 2 to 4 hours per week), maintain the good image that we have created over the past 12 years of operation.  A four month commitment with the possibility of an annual term.  RV/Traver Trailer must be in good to very good condition, less than 10 years old, at least 36 feet in length.

Responsibilities:

• Promote rentals and customer service by promptly responding to telephone and email inquiries
• Interacting with customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Completing new tenant leases.
• Monitoring security system
• Monitor the physical condition of the facillity and report maintenance needs to the owners.
• Must be able to interact withthe public and communicate effectively by phone, text, email, and in person.
