Self Storage Assistant Managers and Handyman, Part Time (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Prefer a retired/semi retired couple

Secure Mini Storage, located in Palmdale, California is a state-of-the-art single story facility.

Position Description:

  * Part Time Position: Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

  * The Position includes, but is not limited to: answering phones,  taking payments, renting units, cleaning vacated units and office, making bank deposits, mailing letters, doing collection calls, maintenance, keeping the grounds clean and light gardening.

Qualifications:

  *   Sales experience (in person and phone sales)

  *   Mini Storage Experience Desirable

  *   Computer literate (Word, Excel) and other Windows based programs

  *   Outgoing and self motivated

  *   Handyman able to fix normal mini storage problems

  *   Light gardening including picking up trash, trimming bushes and trees

  *   Using an electric blower to clean units and drive isles

  *   Able to work when resident managers are on vacation

 Compensation:

  *   Salary $10/hour per person

  *   Bonuses on rentals and merchandise sales

  *   Paid holidays when they fall on your work days

 Non-Smoking office and facility
