Seeking Vacation Rental Management Couple with RV or Camper - Outside Albuquerque/ East Mountains, NM

We are seeking a couple to manage our vacation rental in the beautiful Manzano moutains of central New Mexico.
Just 45 minutes from the state hub, Albuquerque, the 3 bedroom, 2 bath rural home is located on 6 fully fenced acres. We are seeking someone to manage the day to day operations of the home and property. The ideal candidates should have both construction or general home repair experience as well as a knack for cleaning and customer service. Part time hours year round.The home has been a rental property with long term tenants and will need some repair/remodel in the beginning and maintenance year-round. All materials provided.; Maintenance items include, but are not limited to: Firewood, trash and water hauling with provided vehicle and/or trailer. General home repair as needed Cleaning and preparing home for rental guests Compensation: This is a year-round, long term position. Housing in the main house is provided as long as there is not a rental planned. This is the reason we're asking that applicants have a camper or RV to stay in on the property when the main house is rented; The property is large enough not to have to see/interact with guests while rented and has ample room for permanent manager housing to be constructed for the right couple. For the first several weeks the selected applicants will live in the house un-interrupted as the home is prepared for the rental season. Utilities/internet paid. Though no salary will be paid, rental commissions, profit sharing and tips are included in this position. Pets and animals allowed. Property is fully fenced and would make a great horse property. Children allowed, couples of any sexuality encouraged to apply. Job would be great for a semi-retired couple or couples who work from home. Background check required.
