SEEKING MANAGER(S) - SMALL MOBILE HOME PARK - Parker, TX

Duties (1-2 hrs/day) include:

* Collection/deposits of rent (we have 100% collection every month - very easy)
* Oversight of outsourced lawn care provider
* Basic enforcement of rules
* Daily walking of the park to observe proper functioning of infrastructure
* Addressing emergencies with support of headquarter office
* Experience with plumbing/septic a plus

Compensation includes:

* Free housing in new 900+ sqft, 3bd/2ba home
* Bonus for any new residents moving in
