Seeking Hotel Resident Management Couple - Branson West, MO

We are looking for a mature married couple to manage our award winning 16 unit motel. We are a family operated motel located just outside of beautiful Branson, Missouri which features a thriving tourist destination. Excellent customer service is our highest priority and we are a proud to be a number 1 rated small hotel on TripAdvisor.

The ideal couple will be concientious, honest, well presented, responsible and service oriented. Many of our guests have been staying with us for years and are like family. It's important to us to maintain this family atmosphere as well as balance our duties.

Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, housekeeping, basic maintenance, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, answer phones, maintain internet reservations, check guests in and out, reconcile balance sheets.

Must be computer literate, able to work in a team environment with staff and guests to provide excellent service.

This requires a 5 day Wed-Sun work week and is a 10 month salaried position. January and February are your free play time! Position also includes a year round 2 bedroom home with all utilities included.
