Candidates must share our standards for cleanliness and personal service and are expected to be hands-on in all aspects of everyday operations: Cooking, cleaning, gardening, lawn maintenance, home improvement projects, website, social media, marketing, reservations, guest interaction, revenue and expense management, and much more.

Ideal candidates are personable, welcoming, and have an eye for detail. Our dream innkeepers are constantly maintaining and improving our historic Victorian home while also exploring ways to grow and improve our business while keeping costs down. They are also physically active and eager to explore the area, gathering personal experiences and recommendations to share with out-of-town guests.Innkeepers live free of charge in innkeepers’ quarters next to the inn and also manage the three-bedroom vacation rental upstairs.
