Seeking Experienced On-Site Team for Communities in the Seattle area - Lynwood, WA

Administrative:

Rent collection, Rule enforcement, Issue leagal notices, Resident Screening and Resident relations.

Maintenance:

Common area clean up and landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, special attention to community grounds, painting  small repairs etc.

This position is for 3 communities 270 spaces total between all 3 , this position is not easy and requires work, as there are 2 club houses and a swimming pool to maintain and residents to deal with . We offer competitive pay and support from an amazing team . Please only serious inquiries
