Seeking Cook - North Florida - Mayo, FL

Seeking a minimum of six-month commitment as Cook in our Grill Shack for 28 hours per week total include FHU (50 amp), electric, cable and WiFi (other perks will be discussed).  We are a busy campground located on the historic Suwannee River in North Florida.  The area is a slow-paced country life, which is perfect place to get away from it all. 

Applications must be high-energy, sociable, professional, pro-active, motivated, good work ethic, self-reliant, respectable, trustworthy, honest, positive attitude, physically fit, and mentally able to perform tasks.  Our number one goal is to make sure our resort guests’ needs are met.

Cook for our Cookin’ Shack that is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is served.  Cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation keeping food safety in mind.

Position is available now but would like to be filled as soon as possible.  There is no pay with this position.  Pets are allowed if you follow our campground rules.  If you fit our needs and work well with our team then the option could be discussed to stay on longer.
