About the communities
+ Two communities with a total of 200 pads
+ Currently 90%+ occupied
+ Ongoing new homes program to increase and maintain occupancy
+ Parks are in need of TLC to shine

We want our Maintenance Manager to be experienced in home maintenance and:
+ Assertive, confident, and able to take control of challenging situations
+ Possess general knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical connections
+ Have the ability to operate a backhoe, construction tools, and lawn care equipment
+ Demonstrate the ability to oversee a maintenance/construction team
+ Have knowledge of mobile home maintenance
+ Exhibit excitement about learning new skills and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
In the first year, job will include:
+ Leading and owning the park cleanup effort
+ Strictly enforcing all rules & regulations
+ Implementing a new skirting and decking program to improve the overall curb-appeal of the communities.
+ Improving the landscaping in and around communities.
+ Improving the drainage and sewer connections
+ Managing third-party contractors hired for various large capital improvement projects
+ Oversight of the delivery and setup of new singlewide homes
+ Implementation of resident retention programs designed to improve resident morale
+ Establishing a strong and stable presence at both communities.
Compensation includes:
+ Free housing available with $250/mo utility stipend
+ Competitve salary
+ Performance and collections incentives available
