Seasonal Support Staff for Historic Mountain Inn - Spruce Pine, NC

Blue Ridge Mountains retreat in North Carolina seeks seasonal support staff. The season is typically May to November, but staff needs could extend based on off-season group bookings.  Although not a requirement, we are hoping to find the perfect couple that would like to spend more than a few seasons with us! 

This hospitality-minded couple will assist the head inn-keeping couple with day-to-day requirements of operating an 18-room inn with an onsite bar, restaurant and gift shop.   

Duties will include, but are not limited to morning breakfast service, room cleaning, laundry, check in/check out assistance, answering phones, welcoming guests, minor maintenance, minor landscaping, etc.  

Evening bar and restaurant operations are currently being outsourced to an outside operator and are not requirements of this position.  

In short, we are looking for a couple that can roll up their sleeves with us and “get it done,” while still being part of a fun loving, “hospitality first” driven team.  

On-site accommodations will be provided.  Compensation will include a weekly salary, tips from breakfast service, and an end-of-year performance based bonus. 

The property is located around the corner from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 40 minutes from Asheville, N.C., and popular with repeat visitors.
