 A friendly motivated couple for  Seasonal Caretakers for Beautiful Western New York Estate on Rushford Lake,  April through October a salaried or hourly postion(s) with housing... Housing is availble November - March without salary 

Hands-on grounds maintenance and home maintenance, good physical condition and willing to perform work duties that require stooping, standing, kneeling, and some lifting for extended periods of time.  

Lawn Care, mowing, edging, weed whacking, Strong Knowledge of electrical and landscape lighting a plus. 

Maintenance issues associated with buildings. Cleaning of rental cottages, and checking in and out guests.

Assisting with party/event set-up and clean-up.

Computer skills, Word documents, scan documents, e-mail and general internet research; prepare monthly/weekly reports on buildings & equipment

Must have a current valid drivers license with a clean driving record. 

Availability and williness to work Saturdays and evenings.
