RV/Park Model Community Resident Manager Couple Needed - Payson, AZ

Couple needed for YEAR AROUND management position for an 55+ RV/Park Model Community in Northern Arizona just under 100 spaces. 

 Previous experience as a mgr/ass't mgr is a plus. One must have knowledge of making bank deposits, Word, Excel, reservations, rental agreements, good customer relations and general office work. The other to do the maintenance in the community. Knowledge of light electrical, plumbing, landscaping, help parking rigs, keeping the common area clean, keeping streets clean of debris/snow. Salary is FHU site and $2,000/mo. Manager is always on call but office hours are 9-12&1-3 M-F. You must have your own RV.  We will supply a FHU site, utilities and $2,000/mo salary
