RV Park Work Campers - Maintenance, Housekeeping & Office OPENINGS for COUPLES - Silver Springs, FL

We are looking to hire 2-3 Work Camper COUPLES for our 55+ park which is located in Silver Springs, Florida.  We are just down the road from beautiful historic Ocala, Florida.  We are approximately 40 miles west of Orlando, Fl. and only 30+ miles south of Gainesville, Fl. which has one of the largest, full staffed VA Hospitals in the State. Pets allowed - dogs must not be larger than 40 lbs and no vicious breeds.

We are looking for friendly, dedicated, Work Campers that are interested in becoming part of our "Team Concept" in helping make our park a better place for all who join us in making their "home away from home" a place everyone can be proud to call their home!  These positions are available for year-around couples or those that are available during the winter season November-April and also the summer season May-October of each year.

The job openings we currently are hiring for are 1)  Park Maintenance - mowing, trimming, raking, edging, tree/bush trimming, power washing, pool maintenance, landscaping, maintaining rental RV units; reading/logging & reporting both electric & water meter readings every month; repairing water/electric meters as needed and ability to dig and replace broken water lines/pipes throughout the park, as needed and possess basic electrical repairs when needed; also basic overall full maintenance of the park on a daily basis;  2)  Housekeeping - including scrubbing, disinfecting/deodorizing two separate Bath Houses for both men & women with over 30 stalls/showers/sinks in total, as well as cleaning a 24-unit laundry facility on a daily basis; clubhouse/office cleaned daily - vacuuming/dusting maintaining inside of building and 3) "Garden Room" cleaning & mopping our entertainment area 3-5 days a week and last but not least - 4)  Office Work - taking payments and reservations daily, computer knowledge running basic campground computer program; window cleaning and be interactive with residents and we prefer very strong customer service skills.  Basic bookkeeping & accounting a plus with computer MS Office & Word important.
