Schedule: 40 hours a week. 2 Weekdays off. MUST have weekend, night, and holiday availability.

Annual Salary: $50,000 combined salary + free site rent.
Position Summary:

This role will not only answer the phone & take reservations, but bring joy to our camper's lives with events, games, and making s'mores around a group campfire along with building that team with a “Can do” attitude.

What you have already achieved (Requirements):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-years of management AND hospitality experience
- Valid Driver’s License or ID
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and cell phone service
- US work authorization
- Team Attitude
- Background check required
What you are great at (Manager Responsibilities):
- Managing staff and training them on policies and safety procedures
- Maintaining general happiness and safety of our guests
- Social Media Postings
- Vendor Management
- Project Management Many Capex Projects in the Pipeline
- On-site leasing
- Maintaining excellent customer service and experience of our guests
- Maintain accurate financial accounting procedures
- Monthly financial reporting to Headquarters
- Coordinating on-site events
- General property upkeep and repairs (general knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance is a plus)
- Computer efficiency
What you are great at (Maintenance Responsibilities):
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent communication with the property manager and staff
- Survey buildings to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Inspect systems
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
