Responsibilities include mowing grass, snowplowing, maintence of property to be neat and manicured Office duties included  answering phone, taking rents, reading electric meters, and being on site when Rv'S COME IN AND LEAVE. Collecting RV information and light filing. There is a bathhouse which must be maintained . helpful if know some general equipment  knowledge like changing oils and blades.
