RV & Golf Resort Assistant Management Team
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an RV & Golf Resort Assistant Management Team for an active and scenic RV park located in El Centro, CA. The RV & Golf Resort Management Team reports directly to the CEO of Westwind Enterprises, Ltd. and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the resort to include Advertising, Internet Marketing, financial management, sales/leasing and operations. The successful candidate will maintain resort operations by attracting and serving residents and guests, while ensuring the physical property is maintained and the financial goals are met.
Sales/Marketing
Attract new residents/guests by advertising resort features. We have weekly tele-conference team meetings.
Obtain referrals from current residents/guests or national internet marketing campaigns.
Conducting market surveys and analysis.
Rio Bend RV & Golf Resort is a Five Star Resort and has the highest ratings in North America. This 120 acre property includes 500 RV sites, a 9 hole executive Par 4 golf course and 67 manufactured home community sites.
Job Requirements
Strong management, operational skills, customer service, public relations skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Independent, self-starter, team player, ability to multi-task in a hands-on environment, hard working, detail oriented and dependable.
5 to 10 years of leadership experience in RV parks and mobile home parks.
15 to 20 years experience managing direct reports.
History of increasing revenue 15% per year.
Marketing and sales experience required.
Computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Rent Manager, Campground Manger)
Bookkeeping
Mechanically Inclined
Electrical and Carpentry
