RV Community Property Management Couple - Oklahoma

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented property management couple to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in managing the day to day operations of an RV community by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of RV community property management practices. The Property Management Couple will be responsible for community operations and maintaining positive relationships with current guests and staff members. 

Note: RV space rent included in compensation package. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available RV spots to prospective guests.
• Assist with the application process, including screening applicants and verifying information.
• Maintain accurate records of guest applications, leases, and renewals.
• Utilize property management software such for tracking leases and guest information.
• Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to RV rental properties.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries from current and potential guests.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and staff to ensure property is well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
• Handle lease agreements, contracts, and renewals in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in RV / MHC property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Campspot, MA, RM) is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
