RV Campground Management Couple - Albion, CA

Our Campground and Marina is looking for a management team with experience in  the hospitality field.

The campground consists of 100 spaces, including 18 FHU, and 70 floating dock spaces  at the mouth of the Albion River.  Managers are expected to be familiar with  camp-hosting, reservations, phone  booking, office work including accounting, retail sales and cash register maintenance, oversight of maintenance crews, familiarity with  minor repairs including some elect. and plumbing, campsite mainenance, stocking retail items in store, keeping office and store clean and ready for guests, as well as some payroll oversight and accounting. The campground is an ocean-fishing and boating center, including sea-kayak fishing, and kayaking or canoeing up the Albion Estuary. 

Compensation to be discussed; average hourly rate is around $17.>>>$18. per hr.,  with  several housing work/trade options.  Beginning pay is hourly,  and/or work-trade and  either housing in Mgr.'s 3 BR home, or FHU space, negotiable....with possibility of  monthly salary arrangement after succesful  trial  period.

Applicants are needed for the 2024 summer season, beginning in April, but could arrive sooner for orientation, to be negotiated...
