RLC develops, builds and manages independent living (age 55 and older) retirement communities. We currently have 12 communities in seven states and we are poised for significant growth. Our passion is providing a luxurious living environment for our residents while also serving delicious, well balanced meals, lively activities and exceptional customer service.

We hire couples only to live on-site and serve as Resident Managers for the community. The scope of this position includes oversight and accountability for resident satisfaction, sales, food service, housekeeping, activities, maintenance, hiring, training and management of staff, and on-budget operation. Strong management and organizational skills are critical.
