Restaurant, hostpitality and Kitchen Management - American Caribbean
Looking for a couple to assist General Manager in operating a restaurant/bar/guesthouse on the waterfront on the Caribbean.
One party must be expert at kitchen management, food prep and menu creation. Will have total control over kitchen scheduling and responsibility.
Second party will have experience in front of house and guest management. Scheduling, staff management and operational standard will be the responsibilty.
Both will answer to a general manager who is familiar with all current operations of the restaurant.
