Restaurant General Manager and Cashier/Bartender Couple - Creede, CO

We are searching for a hands-on General Manager and Cashier/Bartender Couple for a semi-seasonal restaurant in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. This is an AMAZING opportunity for a couple to get in on the ground floor with a new owner in a historic Main Street building. This position is acceptable for a couple or a single General Manager. 

General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Ability to hire and train a team
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Working, hands-on manager who doesn't mind working in the kitchen every shift
• Experience with front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a FOCUS on BOH 
• Experience with pizza is a big plus!
• Entrepreneurial mindset - doesn't need direction
• Strong-willed and thick-skinned - the summers are busy and the business is unpredictable
• Experience with payroll, inventory and ordering, vendor relations, and controlling a P&L

Cashier/Bartender Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Winning personality
• Sense of urgency
• Experience with craft cocktails a plus!
