Restaurant and Bar Management - Northwestern Arizona on Historic Route 66, AZ

Restaurant Bar in Small town on Historic Route 66 in Northern Arizona. 75 miles from any major town. 

We need a mature hands on couple to manage cook bar-tend and be able to do everything in the restaurant and bar. 

Must qualify as a manager with AZ Liquor control board. Summers are busy, winters we close part of the restaurant for about 2 months. 1 bedroom non smoking furnished studio apartment is provided as part of wages. Wages negotiable, depending on what you bring to the table. Strong knowledge in portion control, business, some bookkeeping experience and Arizona Liquor laws needed.
