Residential Onsite Self Storage Managers - Gilbert , AZ

Looking for an EXPERIENCED couple for an onsite property management couple interested in overseeing storage facility grounds.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION FOR ONE AND PART TIME FOR THE OTHER

Looking for positive, reliable, self-motivated couple for a storage facility.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the District Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the self-storage facility. Open and close the facility according to established procedures. Maintain storage records, etc. on-line using computerized system. Ensure that facility maintenance and housekeeping are kept up at all times. Provide professional, quality service to customer and promote all products of the storage facility. Comply with company objectives, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Renting Self Storage Units
• Walk In/Phone Reservations
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property
• Handling all customer inquiries, either on the phone or in person
• Sales and promotion of packing supplies
• Effective use of computer system & Administrative Duties
• Cash Management Procedures/Daily Deposits
• Openand close the property following proper procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Customer Service, Telephone Sales, & Communication Skills
• Strong organization skills
• 1-2 years retail experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles
• Available to work weekends/weekdays
