Resident Unit Managers – Couples Management Renting storage units, accepting payments for units, selling moving boxes and supplies, keeping the facility and office neat, organized and clean, ability to speak clearly and nicely on the phone to existing customers that call in and potential new customers that are interested in renting a storage unit, business casual dress code, nonsmoking, no facial piercings, would prefer no visible tattoos, no pets UHaul truck rentals, also list must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs or more.

Annual salary – Base $38,400.00 with commission for Winward the potential is $77,000 total annually. Commission based on units rented and boxes/moving supplies sold. Commission is uncapped Tuesday - Saturday 8:30-6:30 (Could change if they want another day off besides Monday. You will always have Sunday’s off) High School Graduate and multiyear sales experience Will not be managing people No pets Some college is a plus Benefits 50% of Individual Health insurance, a week of paid vacation every 6 months after the first six months of employment
