Mid-Size Franchise Motel located in heart of South Lake Tahoe, CA is looking for "Live-In / Resident Hotel Manager".

Accommodation is provided. Motel is in excellent location to live and work, Right next to resorts, lake and city center.

Resident Motel / Hotel Manager Position Requirements:

*. Experience in hospitality or similar industry required

*. Experience with franchise hotel is preferred.

*. Must have Good computer skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills

*. Friendly phone manner a must

*. Willingness to work nights, weekends and holiday

*. Must have worked on hotel Property Management Software (PMS) system or have an aptitude to learn the computer software quickly.

*. Experience in customer service is required for manger role.

*. Ability to diagnose and repair minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing, heating issues is highly desirable skill.
