Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) develops, builds and manages independent living (age 55 and older) retirement communities. We currently have seven communities in four states and will be opening at least three more in the next eighteen months.

Our passion is providing a luxurious living environment for our residents while also providing delicious food, lively activities and exceptional customer service.

We hire couples only to live on-site and serve as Resident Managers for the community.
