Resident Managers - Stillwater, NY

Owner/Operator of multiple manufactured housing communities in New York State is seeking an experienced community management couple for our Saratoga community.  The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the community.  These individuals will work closely with the owner to complete a planned expansion. 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident inquires and resolve resident complaints
• Oversee the receipt of rent payments, the preparation of late notices, and other duties related to collections
• Oversee maintenance staff
• Oversee administrative staff
• Enforce adherence to the community rules and regulations

Previous experience in property management with working knowledge of NYS Real Property Law Section 233 is a must.  Previous experience managing a manufactured home community is not required, but a definite plus. 

This is a full-time positon with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus incentives commensurate with experience.
