Resident Manager(s) for Self Storage (PT work) - Ashland, OR

Our resident manager is leaving so we're looking to replace her.  1BR residence is included with all utilities.   Job is part time as much of the systems are automated, but there are still some work duties including: customer interactions, entering and collecting payments, handling move-ins and move-outs, reporting, scheduling repairs as necessary, sweeping and cleaning units and checking property for safety.  Job is appropriate for a single or couple and can be a resident or non resident position.  Terms negotiable.
