A family-owned business is seeking a couple to join our work family and act as resident managers at our medium-sized (4 acre) storage facility. The couple will be the face of the business, so it is important that they be friendly and customer-oriented while maintaining a business mindset and implementing business policy.
The managers are responsible for opening/closing and operating the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8:30-6:00
The managers are responsible for opening and closing the gates Monday-Friday and for coordinating gate opening and closures on weekends.
The gates hours are Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
The managers will live on-site in the house provided by the company.
Responsibilities are typical of the storage industry. They include but are not limited to the following:
- Opening and closing gates promptly at the listed business hours during the business week.
- Opening and closing office, interacting with tenants and prospective tenants in person, on the phone and through email.
- Managing customer accounts, sending out bill notifications, and calling/texting/emailing truant accounts.
- Preparing units for rent by sweeping and removing trash.
- Keep property and office clean and organized.
- Physically showing units to prospective tenants.
- Perform light maintenance on facility and the grounds.
- Additional duties to be detailed during interview process.
Since Flagstaff is a college town, summers are busier and winters are slower. During some months storage operation might only require one person. At other times, it requires two people.

- Honesty, integrity and team attitude.
- Must be service oriented and have a desire to help others.
- Experience in sales and customer service.

Must be physically fit as job requires lots of walking in all kinds of weather and some light lifting.
Computer and Office Skills

$36k-55k Compensation Package; Included are the following:
