Resident Managers for Apartment Complex - Denver, CO

Seeking  energetic team for maintenance and managerial duties for a community of 51 apartments in Southwest Denver. Bilingual ability required.  (English/Spanish) 

Qualified applicants must possess strong maintenance skills including limited electrical and plumbing knowledge, building repairs, landscaping, and the ability  to turn apartments within a limited amount of time.  Candidates must possess a willingness to maintain a customer service attitude at all times and practice all Fair Housing Guidelines.  Strong people skills, organizational and coordination skills and an ability to manage time effectively are required.   

The resident manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leasing apartments

Processing rental applications

Rent collection and making bank deposits

Building maintenance including replacing light fixtures, sinks, faucets, toilets, shower heads and disposers.

Cleaning common areas and hallways

Exterior maintenance and grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, gardening and snow shoveling.

Lease enforcement and tenant dispute resolution

Maintaining lease files and tenant records

This position offers a free one bedroom apartment plus wages, benefits, off street parking and utilities.  Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision plans, vacation pay, sick pay and paid holidays.

Position requires that manager(s) live on-site.
