Privately owned North Portland motel is searching for an experienced resident manager team.
The motel is known for its excellent customer service and satisfaction and the resident managers will be expected to maintain the level of quality and service that our customers have come to enjoy.
Duties include, but are not limited to, front desk management, guest services, management of housekeeping and maintenance staff, light housekeeping and maintenance work, and general property upkeep.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous motel, apartment, or RV park management experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve guest concerns immediately
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds overhead
- Able to pass background check and drug test
