Resident Manager or Resident Manager Team

We are looking for a Resident Manager or Resident Manager Team.

This position will open for training ASAP.

For the position of Mini Storage Resident Manager or Resident Manager Team, we are looking for an individual or team with the following skills:
• Able to multitask
• Excellent people skills
• Able to work independently as well as be part of a team
• Must have legible hand writing
• Must be confident with computer skills: Typing, Microsoft Word and Excel a must; Site Link software a plus
• Capable of working within the storage complex. Ex: Opening storage unit doors, spraying for weeds, pulling the gates open and closed

The duties of the Resident Manager or Resident Manager Team include but are not limited to:
• Renting units and completing paperwork
• Answer phone, greet customers, collect rents and fees
• Balance payments and prepare deposits
• Detailed record keeping on hand-written ledgers as well as on the computer
• Sending notices to tenants, abiding by state lien laws and procedures
• Conduct monthly auctions for storage units: Advertising, scheduling, preparing paperwork and overseeing auction activity
• Calculating and completing refund requests for vacated units
• Keeping the complex clean: Sweeping out units, sweeping hallways, picking up trash, blowing leaves, spraying for weeds
• Opening the gates at 7:00 AM every morning and closing the gates at 7:00 PM every evening, including days off, holidays, etc.

The Resident Manager or Resident Manager Team will be provided with a one bedroom one bath mobile home and utilities (W/S/G and internet) at no charge. Starting salary is $1750/month (individual salary or team salary, not $1750/mo each).
