Resident Management Team - Self Storage - Troutdale, OR

Resident management TEAM OF 2 wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self Storage facility and Uhaul dealership.

$15.00 an hour each, commissions, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, all utilities included, free 10x10 storage unit.

Schedule is 31 hours a week each: Monday-Saturday

2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, paid holidays, sick days and health insurance.

Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid drivers license, and a vehicle.

Good employment references and criminal background check required.

This position is for a TEAM, TWO PEOPLE who APPLY TOGETHER.

*2 bedroom 1 bath apartment has central air, newer washer & dryer, covered deck, and lots of natural lighting.
*$400 pet deposit - dogs only, NO CATS!
