Resident Management Team - Self Storage - Forest Grove, OR

Resident management TEAM wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self Storage facility and Uhaul dealership in Forest Grove.

Schedule is Monday - Saturday with both people working 34.5 hours weekly (Sunday's off together).

$15.00 an hour each , commissions, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, washer & dryer, window unit AC, all utilities included, free 10x20 storage unit.

2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, paid holidays, sick days and health benefits.

Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a drivers license, and a vehicle.

Good employment references and criminal background check required.
