Full Time Resident Management Team for Self-Storage Company in Mukilteo Washington
Compensation: DOE Company: We are private and locally owned in Mukilteo Washington. We were opened in 1988 and consists of 600 units spread over a 4.5 acre site.
Overview: We are seeking a full time resident management team to run the facility. The position reports directly to the owners. Responsibilities include unit rental, collections, customer service, office administration and facilities upkeep. Must have a working knowledge of basic computer software and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Managers will work a five day week which includes Saturday’s, and manage part time employees. Must be personable, good communicators, motivated self-starters with a sense of urgency.
Key duties and Responsibilities: Unit rentals Monthly collections Property maintained and repair Maintain office files and supplies Fully functional with storage software/security system Provide weekly/monthly reports to owners Current on self-storage law
Qualifications: 3+ years in the Self-Storage industry Pass background check Possess a valid Washington State driver’s license Have basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Experience with dedicated Self-Storage software a plus Job
