Resident Management Couple - New Smyrna Beach, FL

Resident management couple for oceanfront condominium in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Will be responsible for office management and maintenance of common grounds. Intermediate computer skills needed, Quickbooks would be asset, CAM license preferred but not required. Will be accountable to maintain and enhance the value of our 50 unit complex. Two bedroom unit, utilities, cable provided. References required. Salary negotiable. Interviews will be conducted first week of October.
