Resident Hotel Management Team - Kelowna, BC

We currently have a great Career Opportunity available for a Live-In Management Team for our 50 unit hotel in beautiful Kelowna, B.C. We offer a competitive wage package, living accommodation benefits, and use of on-site pool.

We are searching for an exceptional team that can fit the following criteria; Team players with previous Hotel Management experience. Friendly, personable, can interact with a wide range of people, enjoys a fast paced environment, work well under pressure, & can juggle multiple tasks, and has a passion for outstanding customer service. As the successful applicants you will; Must be able to perform a variety of Building Maintenance tasks such as responding to guest generated maintenance requests, minor plumbing, electrical and painting. Some limited off season custodial tasks such as, cleaning guest rooms and general upkeep of common areas and grounds. General Manager duties such as, ensuring efficient guest registration, check-outs, guest service and telephone service, resolving customer complaints, anticipate problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow and employee performance, complies with established accounting and cash handling procedures, efficiently manages labor costs and departmental productivity to budget, actively participates in the preparation of front office operating and capital budgets, ensuring the entire front office team, housekeeping, maintenance and marketing teams are trained and will provide resources when needed, and completes office administration documentation and reports as required.
