JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

            Rent collections

            Supervise tenant activities & rule enforcement

            Marketing and leasing and tenant qualification

            Maintain, repair and supervise facilities

QUALIFICATIONS

            Management experience

            Excellent customer service skills

            Bilingual (Spanish) helpful
