COMMUNITY MANAGER

Resident (Live on site) property manager needed for Mobile Home Community

Quiet community located near to Chico, CA needs a resident manager or team dedicated to providing superior service and maintaining high quality tenant relations. 

The CM is responsible for operations and the job duties include rent collection, office administration, rule enforcement, leasing and supervision of repairs.

Qualifying attributes include the following:

• Demonstrated management and supervision skills
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Responsible and stable work history
• Foundation skills include competency with computers including MS word & excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with business procedures & ethics  
• Available to manage emergencies (24/7)
• Must pass credit and background and drug and employment checks
• Bilingual helpful
