Resident Apartment Manager Team - Spokane, WA

We are looking for apartment manager teams for large Spokane apartment communities. (This means two people, a couple married or not.) You are required to live on site.

Duties include showing the apartments, doing necessary paper work, collecting rents, and doing maintenance for current tenants. You would also do the work necessary to make the vacant apartments rent ready for new tenants. This may include painting, cleaning, garbage hauling, caulking, changing locks and door hardware. You will also be responsible for outside work in regards to lawns, sprinklers, leaf and ground pickup, pools, building maintenace, lights, litter pickup, lot maintenance.

Salary depends on experience and the community size. Apartment plus utilities are included. We are a NO PET company. We will train the right team, experience in specific field is not necessary. Customer service is a must and the ability to multi-task is needed.
